Painted Lady Tattoo Parlour was established in 2008 in Northfield, Birmingham. Since then PLT has established itself as one of the go to places in Birmingham for custom tattoos. Our artists cover many styles of tattooing, so whether you want realism, Japanese, traditional etc., we have you covered. 

To start your tattoo journey with us please take a look at our artists and contact them or the studio to talk about consultations and appointments.

Our studio is only small so we ask you to come alone, 'plus ones' may not be allowed in if you haven't pre-arranged it with your artist. 

Please do not arrive too early as we only have a small waiting area. Please also be aware if you are late you may still be charged for that time.

By train:

We are a 1 minute walk from Northfield train station. For those travelling from outside of Birmingham, head to Birmingham New Street Station and from there catch a train to Northfield.

 

By car:

There is on street parking around the shop, just beware of the yellow lines! There is normally plenty of parking on nearby residential roads. 

We are currently an appointment based studio with no walk in enquiries or appointments.

 

If you have an specific requirements such as:

-a preferred artist

-a preference of a male or female artist

-a consultation

-wheelchair access

-a private room

-a plus one

these can be arranged with prior discussion

All tattoo bookings must be secured by a non refundable booking fee (booking fee amount depends on the artist and/or time period) as an example  £40 minimum and £100 for a full day.
Booking fee can be paid in the studio by cash, some artists also accept bank transfers or PayPal payments. 
All booking fees are non-refundable, your booking fee secures your artists time-slot/appointment and all preparation prior to the appointment such as design work.
Appointment changes/cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours before your appointment time.
Changes/cancellations after this time will result in loss of booking fee (no exceptions).

Changes made before 48 hours will be issued with a credit note, to be credited to your re-booking (no refunds).
You, the customer, are fully responsible for your own aftercare.

Nor the artist or Painted Lady Tattoo can be held responsible for poor aftercare once you have left our studio, (an aftercare sheet is available on request).
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your tattoo please inform the artist before you leave the studio, we want you to be 100% happy before you leave.
Once your tattoo is fully healed, and you feel you need a touch up this will be carried out free of charge (as long as the aftercare instructions have been followed).

All touch up requests will be at the artists discretion. Please contact us to book a touch up.

If you need any further help or advice, or if you have lost your aftercare sheet you can call into the studio for a new copy.
